Ive been waiting to do RFTW for a LONG time. I have finally hit a point at work to where i can get 4 weeks in a row off…so here I am!

Welcome moj0, your long wait will not go unrewarded. This is an amazing experience and a truly worthwhile Mission. I’m not sure which I like best, the people, the ride, or the reason we ride. You will see what I mean in May. Congratulations on getting the time off. If you can, I would highly recommend riding the Sandbox route as well.

I just had a job interview with FMCSA, so im caught in a rough spot.
The training “academy” is in feb.
I cant imagine they are going to let a new hire take over 3 weeks off, 2-3 months after hire…even though i have the bank, since ive been in the feds for 9 yrs.
I may have to wait one more year

I will be starting in Ontario. not sure why i have 2 accounts.

We’ll be riding through OKC on our way to CA. Groups are always better than solo going cross country.
